1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website (the "site"). By using it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who runs this site
The site is operated by Top Gear General Trading L.L.C., a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which distributes Clixo in the Middle East. Full details are on our legal notice page.
3. What the site is for
The site presents the Clixo range available in the Middle East and offers a way to contact us. It is not a shop. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and no order can be placed here.
When you buy Clixo from a retailer, your purchase, including price, delivery, returns and warranty, is governed by that retailer's terms. Links to retailers are provided for convenience.
4. Product information
We take care to describe products accurately, using information from Clixo. Packaging, piece counts, colours and availability can change, and pictures are illustrative. Always read the age guidance and safety warnings on the product packaging before use. Clixo contains small magnets and is not suitable for children under 3.
Awards and recognition are reported as published by the awarding organisations. Clixo's awards were given in the United States.
5. Using the site
You may browse, view and print pages for your own personal or business information. You must not:
- use the site unlawfully or in a way that could damage it or its availability;
- copy or republish its content for commercial purposes without permission;
- scrape the site in a way that puts an unreasonable load on it;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its server; or
- use the contact form to send spam, advertising, or abusive or unlawful content.
6. Trademarks and content
Clixo®, the Clixo logo, product names, product photography, videos and illustrations belong to Toyish Labs, Inc. and are used with permission. Award badges and press logos belong to their respective owners and are shown to report recognition Clixo has received. The Top Gear name and logo belong to the Abbas Bin Haider Group. Nothing on this site gives you a licence to use any of these marks or materials.
7. Messages you send us
Please make sure the information you send is accurate and that you're entitled to share it. A message is not an order or a contract. Trade, stockist or school supply arrangements require a separate written agreement. How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
8. Links to other sites
We don't control third-party websites, including retailers, and we aren't responsible for their content, products, availability or privacy practices.
9. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but provide it "as is", without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, or any rights you have as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
